The Atlantis is a UNSF civilian transport ship captained by Elena Weinberg. After Leo Stenbuck docks Jehuty aboard the ship, the events of the Story Between play out.

The Atlantis boasts a tracking beam as well as a series of lasers. The latter was used to successfully cover Leo so that he could escape Nohman and Anubis, while the former was used to guide Leo to the ship. In December, 2173, Elena mentions that the Atlantis alone has two Vic Vipers.
