Wisp is an offensive sub-weapon that appears in The 2nd Runner. It is obtained by the player from Ardjet after deleting and destroying the Viola A.I.. The Wisp allows the user to grab objects from a distance, throwing out three small bits which latch on to a target and return it to the user.
The Wisp sub-weapon also makes an appearance in Metal Gear Solid V: The Phantom Pain, as the "Hand of Jehuty" bionic arm. As in The 2nd Runner, it allows Punished "Venom" Snake to grab objects at a distance, but only applies to enemy combatants.
